South shore canals
Along the bay, straight canals cut deep into the land, creating a comb pattern of narrow residential streets that each end at the water.

Lindenhurst Map Poster & Print
Lindenhurst is on the south shore of Long Island in Suffolk County, between the Montauk Highway and the Great South Bay. It was founded by German settlers and first named Breslau, then renamed Lindenhurst in 1891. Today it is one of the largest incorporated villages on Long Island.
The map is split into two distinct parts. North of the railway, the streets form a mostly regular suburban grid of houses and small yards. Toward the south, the land becomes a series of narrow peninsulas separated by dug canals, where many homes have docks and direct water access to the bay.
A Lindenhurst map poster shows this change clearly. The Long Island Rail Road cuts across the top, the village centre forms a tidy grid, and the southern edge dissolves into comb-like fingers of land and water that end at the open bay.

အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိသော မြေပုံ
Lindenhurst is where many Long Island families have summer memories of boats, backyards and the bay. A map showing the canals and quiet streets makes a thoughtful gift for someone leaving the village or buying their first house there.
Add a title, a subtitle such as a street name or year, and a coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint suits the canal pattern well.
