Longjiang Map Poster & Print
Longjiang lies in western Heilongjiang, near the city of Qiqihar, on the broad, flat Songnen Plain. On a map, the town appears as a compact grid of streets surrounded by a vast agricultural landscape, with long straight roads running out in several directions.
Inside the town, the blocks are mostly regular, with wide main streets crossing the centre and residential areas filling the quarters between them. Railway lines and highways pass nearby, and on the plain around the town, rivers, streams and field boundaries create the few irregular lines in an otherwise very geometric landscape.
Longjiang is part of the agricultural heartland of northeast China, with long, cold winters and short growing seasons. A Longjiang map poster presents the town as a clean, ordered pattern set against the open plain, a composition that relies on clarity and space.
