Laguna de Masaya
A crater lake fills the western edge of the map, its steep, rounded shoreline setting a firm boundary where the city's grid of streets simply stops.

Masaya Map Poster & Print
Masaya sits on a plateau between Managua and Granada, and on a map its streets form a tight, regular grid around a central square. The western side of town ends abruptly at the steep rim of the Laguna de Masaya, a crater lake whose rounded outline sets a clear, deep edge against the dense blocks.
Beyond the lagoon lies Masaya Volcano National Park, one of the most active volcanic areas in Central America, where visitors can look into a smoking crater. Closer to the centre, the indigenous barrio of Monimbó is known for its crafts and festivals, and the city's artisan market has long drawn buyers from across the country.
A Masaya map poster reduces all of this to line and space: the orderly grid, the roads heading toward Managua and Granada, and the dark, empty oval of the lagoon. The contrast between built-up blocks and open water makes it one of the more graphic small-city maps in the region.

Colonial street grid
Straight streets cross at right angles around the central plaza, giving the middle of the poster an even, woven texture that thins out toward the fields.
Roads between cities
Main routes lead out toward Managua to the northwest and Granada to the southeast, placing Masaya on the busy corridor that links Nicaragua's central towns.

အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိသော မြေပုံ
People hang this map for the craft market they visited, a family home in Monimbó or an evening at the volcano's rim. The lagoon gives the composition a strong focal point, so it works well even at the smaller print sizes.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line with a name or a date, then choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint suits the crater lake especially well.
