Ostrołęka Map Poster & Print
Ostrołęka lies on the Narew in north-eastern Mazovia, at the edge of the Kurpie region with its forests and sandy plains. The river shapes the whole map. It curves through the town in a broad valley, with the centre on one bank and newer districts spreading out on the other, linked by road bridges.
The town is remembered in Polish history for the Battle of Ostrołęka in 1831, one of the largest engagements of the November Uprising. Today it is a regional centre, and the large power station on its outskirts is one of its most visible landmarks. The old market square and the streets around it keep a compact, traditional layout.
An Ostrołęka map poster gives the Narew its full presence. The pale ribbon of water and its floodplain run across the sheet, with the grid of the town built up tightly along it. Forest and farmland frame the edges, and the result is a balanced, quiet image of a river town.

Market square
The historic centre is organised around a rectangular market square, with streets leading away from it in a tidy, near-regular pattern.
Bridges and banks
Road bridges tie the two halves of the town together, and on the map they read as short, firm strokes across the water.

အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိသော မြေပုံ
For people from Ostrołęka, the river is the thread that runs through their memories of the town. A map shows that at a glance, and it makes a thoughtful gift for someone who has moved to another city or country.
You can title the poster in Polish or English, add a meaningful date, and edit the coordinates line. The five styles range from Classic black and white to Blueprint, which gives the Narew a crisp, technical look.
