Poprad Map Poster & Print
Poprad lies in a broad valley under the southern slopes of the High Tatras, and its map follows the river of the same name. From above, the city centre extends along the Poprad and the railway line, with housing estates and industrial zones arranged around it. The mountains are not on the map itself, but they explain its orientation: roads lead north towards the resorts in the Tatras.
Northwest of the centre is Spišská Sobota, a historic part of the city with a long, lens-shaped square lined with burgher houses. It forms a separate, clearly defined cluster on the map. The main railway line and highway run across the valley, and Poprad-Tatry Airport, one of the highest-altitude airports in Central Europe, is on the western edge of the city.
A Poprad map poster shows a city that serves as a gateway: the river in the middle, the railway beside it, the old square to one side, and roads heading towards the peaks. For skiers, hikers and people from the Spiš region, it is a familiar starting point.

Poprad River
The river runs through the valley and the city, with parks and embankments alongside it. Its line guides the layout of the centre and the railway.
Tatra roads
Roads leave the city northwards towards the High Tatras. On the poster they point off the edge of the sheet, suggesting the mountains just beyond.
