South Umpqua loops
The river curves through the town in broad bends. On the print it gives the plan its most distinctive shape and splits the town into separate areas.

Roseburg Map Poster & Print
Roseburg is in Douglas County in southwestern Oregon, in the Umpqua Valley. From above, the South Umpqua River loops through the town in wide bends. Wooded hills rise on every side, and Interstate 5 runs through on a long, steady line. The downtown grid sits on flat ground near the river, and neighbourhoods climb the lower slopes.
For much of its history Roseburg was a timber town, and the surrounding forests still set the edges of the map. In 1959, a truck carrying explosives blew up downtown, an event locally known as the Roseburg Blast, which led to much of the area being rebuilt. The valley is also known today for its wineries.
A Roseburg map poster brings together a looping river, a compact downtown grid, the straight line of the interstate and open hills. It suits families with ties to the timber industry, people who grew up in the valley and anyone who drives I-5 and knows the town from the road.

Interstate 5
The highway runs through the valley in a long, straight line. It contrasts clearly with the looping river and the older street grid.
Wooded hills
Forested slopes surround the valley on all sides. They leave open space at the edges of the map and give the town a clear, contained setting.

အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိသော မြေပုံ
The map is for people from logging families, those who grew up in the valley and anyone who has settled in southern Oregon. The river gives the print a character that a grid alone wouldn't have.
Add your street, family name or a year in the title and subtitle, and keep the coordinates line. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Paper and Sand suit the valley setting.
