Tinongan Map Poster & Print
Tinongan lies on the western side of Negros Island in Western Visayas, in the broad coastal lowland that faces the Panay Gulf. From above, this is open country: a main road carrying most of the traffic, smaller lanes branching off to farms and barangays, and waterways crossing on their way to the sea.
The surrounding plain is part of the agricultural belt that has long defined Negros Occidental, where sugarcane fields cover much of the land between the coast and the volcanic interior. On a map the settlement reads as a modest cluster of streets set within a wide grid of field boundaries and rural roads.
A Tinongan map poster is best appreciated for that openness. There are no crowded blocks, only a few clear lines, the curve of streams and the edge of the coast. It is a restrained, personal subject, suited to someone who calls the place home or keeps family ties there.

Farm road network
Narrow rural roads divide the surrounding fields into irregular parcels, a pattern that appears on the poster as a fine, loosely woven texture.
Streams to the sea
Small rivers and creeks wind westward across the plain, adding soft curved lines that contrast with the straighter roads.
