Aoi Map Poster & Print
Aoi is a residential neighbourhood in Adachi Ward, in the northeastern part of Tokyo. The ward lies on low, flat land between large rivers, and Aoi shares that setting. It is served by Aoi Station on the Tsukuba Express, a line that links central Tokyo with Tsukuba in Ibaraki Prefecture and gives the neighbourhood direct access to Akihabara.
On a map, Aoi has the texture typical of Tokyo's residential districts. Wider roads divide the area into sectors, and inside each one a dense network of narrow lanes reaches individual houses and small apartment buildings. The pattern is irregular and very fine, with small parks and schools breaking it up. In black and white, it looks almost like woven fabric.
An Aoi map poster suits residents, former residents and anyone who has made a home in this part of the city. It shows a side of Tokyo that visitors rarely see: not the famous crossings and towers, but the everyday neighbourhood grid where most people actually live, shop and walk to the station.

Fine lane network
Inside the main roads, narrow lanes branch in every direction. They produce the dense, intricate texture that makes Tokyo neighbourhood maps so appealing in print.
Low eastern plain
Adachi Ward lies on flat land between rivers. The absence of hills gives the street pattern an even, uninterrupted spread across the map.
