Turbat Map Poster & Print
Turbat is the main town of Kech District in the Makran region of southern Balochistan, and one of the larger cities in the province. It lies in the valley of the Kech River, between bare ranges of hills. From above, the town appears as a long band of streets and compounds following the river, surrounded by dense date palm groves.
Dates are central to the local economy, and Makran is known for its many varieties. Nearby, the Mirani Dam on the Dasht River stores water for irrigation. Turbat is also home to Koh-e-Murad, a place of pilgrimage for the Zikri community that draws visitors from across the region.
A Turbat map poster shows how water, town and desert relate with unusual clarity. The riverbed, the palm groves and the hills make a composition that is especially striking in Sand, which matches the colours of the valley. In Noir, the green corridor becomes a band of fine light lines.

Date palm groves
Dense orchards line the riverbanks and irrigation channels, forming a thick band that frames the built-up area and softens its edges.
Surrounding ridges
Dry hills rise on both sides of the valley. They give the town a natural boundary and the map a quiet, open backdrop.
