Badr Map Poster & Print
Badr is a town in Beheira Governorate, on the western side of the Nile Delta in northern Egypt. From above it is a compact centre in an almost entirely agricultural landscape. Roads, irrigation channels and field boundaries all follow straight, deliberate lines. This pattern is typical of the western edge of the delta, where farmland gives way to desert.
The most striking thing on the map is the geometry around the town. Canals and drains run in long parallel strokes, and the fields between them form a patchwork of narrow rectangles. Roads often follow the waterways, so the lines on the poster are as much about irrigation as they are about traffic.
Within the town itself, streets are denser and less regular, with a clear centre where the main roads meet. A Badr map poster shows the contrast between the busy core and the open, measured countryside around it. It is a quiet record of how water shapes where people live in the delta.

Rectangular fields
Field boundaries divide the land into narrow strips and blocks. This gives the outskirts a fine, woven pattern that stands out in the Paper and Sand styles.
Compact town centre
The streets tighten where the main roads meet, forming a dense core. It contrasts sharply with the open geometry of the fields beyond the edge of town.
