Garonne marshland
East of the town, low wet meadows reach toward the Garonne, crossed by straight drainage channels. On the poster they form a calm, lined texture unlike the housing to the west.

Blanquefort Map Poster & Print
Blanquefort lies just north of Bordeaux, where the metropolitan area gives way to the Médoc. On a map the town has two sides. Residential streets and small centres spread across the higher ground, while the low land toward the Garonne opens into marshes cut by drainage channels. Local streams called jalles wind across this flat ground toward the river.
The town is known for the ruins of its medieval fortress, long associated with the Black Prince, and for its position at the gateway to the Médoc wine country. Parks and estates break up the built-up area, and vineyards begin close by. These green spaces and water features balance the suburban housing so that the map never looks crowded.
A Blanquefort map poster shows a place in transition, from city edge to marsh and vine. The mix of curving residential streets, open wetland and fine drainage lines creates an unusual and elegant composition. It suits people who live on the edge of Bordeaux, as well as anyone drawn to the landscapes of the Médoc.

Parks and estates
