Bloomingdale Map Poster & Print
Bloomingdale is a suburban community in Hillsborough County, Florida, east of Tampa and close to Brandon. From above it looks nothing like an old grid town. Curving collector roads feed looping residential streets and dead-end cul-de-sacs, and small neighbourhoods are arranged in self-contained pockets.
Water is everywhere in small doses. Ponds and retention lakes sit between the houses, and they appear on the map as rounded blank shapes scattered through the street pattern. A few wider arterial roads cut straight lines through the curves and connect Bloomingdale with the rest of the Tampa Bay area.
A Bloomingdale map poster turns a familiar suburban layout into something unexpectedly graphic. The loops and cul-de-sacs read almost like a drawing of veins or branches, and the ponds provide calm pauses. For anyone who grew up here, finding their own street in the pattern is part of the appeal.
