Busogo Map Poster & Print
Busogo lies in Musanze district in Rwanda's Northern Province, on the fertile lower slopes below the Virunga volcanoes. The land here is intensively farmed, and from above it is a fine mosaic of small plots, footpaths and dirt roads, with houses spread across the landscape rather than gathered into a single dense centre with a main square.
The area is known for its agricultural campus, a college of the University of Rwanda where students train in agriculture and animal sciences. On the map its grounds form a more ordered patch among the looser rural pattern, with buildings, paths and experimental fields laid out in clearer lines than the surrounding smallholdings.
A Busogo map poster is less a city portrait than a record of a working landscape: roads following the rise of volcanic ground, tracks that link homesteads and fields, and the wider network that connects the area with Musanze town. For former students and families from the north, it is a precise and personal image of a familiar place.

University campus
The agricultural college's grounds stand out as an organised block of buildings and paths, the most structured shape within the surrounding rural pattern.
Field-path network
Countless small tracks join homesteads and plots, filling the sheet with a fine, irregular mesh that looks almost hand-drawn.
