Calauan Map Poster & Print
Calauan is a municipality in Laguna province, south of Manila, in the Calabarzon region. Its land slopes from the lowland toward Laguna de Bay up into higher farmland. On a map, the town centre is a small, compact cluster where the main roads meet. Around it lies a patchwork of barangays linked by roads running across fields and plantations.
Agriculture shapes the area, and Calauan is especially associated with pineapple growing, which the town celebrates each year. The national highway crosses the municipality and connects it to the neighbouring towns of the lake region. That gives the map one strong through-line among many smaller local roads.
A Calauan map poster is less about dense streets than about how a rural town is organised. There is a centre, the arteries leading out from it, and the settlements strung along them. In monochrome, the spacing between these elements becomes the design. The result is calm and uncluttered, and it looks like a municipality rather than a city.

Highway corridor
The national highway runs across the municipality and links Calauan with the other lakeshore towns. It is the longest continuous line on the print.
Barangay roads
Smaller roads branch out to outlying barangays and farmland. They give the map a light, scattered texture instead of a continuous urban grid.

For families from Calauan, including many now working abroad, a map of the hometown is a meaningful thing to keep on the wall. You can set the title, add a subtitle with a barangay or year, and keep or change the coordinates line.
It is available in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Sand suits the farming landscape. Noir works well if you want a strong, graphic piece.
