Dunedin Map Poster & Print
Dunedin lies on the Gulf coast of Florida in Pinellas County, north of Clearwater, facing St. Joseph Sound. It was founded by Scottish settlers and named after the Scottish capital's old Gaelic name, and it keeps that heritage in its annual Highland Games. On the map, a neat downtown grid meets a waterfront of marinas, a causeway and quiet residential streets.
Offshore, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island form a line of barrier islands. The first is reached by a causeway and the second by ferry. The Pinellas Trail, a long rail-trail, runs through downtown, and the city hosts the Toronto Blue Jays for spring training. Inland, residential areas spread out among lakes, golf courses and curving roads.
A Dunedin map poster frames the relationship between town and water: the compact centre, the shoreline and the islands beyond. In black and white, the causeway and the ragged outlines of the islands give the composition a clear, striking edge against the ordered streets of the mainland.

Barrier islands
Honeymoon and Caladesi islands form irregular, sandy shapes offshore. The first is linked to the mainland by the Dunedin Causeway, and the second is reached by ferry.
Downtown grid
A compact, walkable grid of streets sits close to the waterfront. The Pinellas Trail crosses it along the route of a former railway.
