Mountain edge
The southern part of the map is shaped by the Middle Atlas foothills. Streets curve and shorten against the slope, and the road network narrows into winding routes that climb into higher country.

El Ksiba Map Poster & Print
El Ksiba sits where the Middle Atlas rises sharply out of the Tadla plain, in Morocco's Beni Mellal-Khenifra region. The change is plain to see on a map. To the north and west the land flattens into long rectangles of irrigated farmland. To the south the mountains close in, and the town's lanes bend to follow the slope instead of forming any grid.
The town is known for its springs and the green belt they water, with orchards and olive groves pressed close to the houses. The roads out of El Ksiba go two very different ways. One runs down to the plain and the towns along its edge. The other climbs into the mountains, winding up toward the high plateaus of the Atlas, where settlements thin out and the road network almost disappears.
An El Ksiba map poster shows this edge between two landscapes in one frame. In black and white you can see the dense knot of the older centre, the looser streets of newer quarters and the fine lines of tracks heading into the hills. Even without shading or contour lines, the street pattern shows the shape of the ground.

Tadla plain below
To the north the ground opens onto the Tadla plain. Its straight field boundaries and irrigation lines contrast sharply with the tighter, irregular streets of the town itself.
Spring-fed gardens
Water from local springs feeds gardens and olive groves around the town. On the map they show as soft, irregular parcels between the built-up blocks.
