Himamaylan Map Poster & Print
Himamaylan is in the southern part of Negros Occidental, on the west coast of the island. The town centre is close to the shoreline, and the coastal highway runs through it, linking it with the towns to the north and south. Inland, the ground rises gradually toward the mountains in the centre of Negros.
Like much of Negros Occidental, the area is closely associated with sugarcane farming. From above, that shows in the wide stretches of cultivated land, the long farm roads and the scattered barangays connected by smaller roads. Fishing communities along the coast add a thin line of settlement next to the water.
A Himamaylan map poster captures the three layers of the place: the coastline, the compact centre on the highway and the agricultural interior. The river adds a winding line from the uplands to the sea. In print the composition is simple and open, with the coast giving it a firm edge.

Coastal highway
The main road through the centre runs north to south along the coast, so the densest streets gather tightly along it.
Cane-field interior
Inland, long farm roads and barangay clusters cross wide agricultural land, fading toward the foothills in the east of the frame.
