Langat River
The river winds down the valley from the hills, and roads and villages follow it closely, drawing a clear, flowing line through the centre of the map.

Hulu Langat Map Poster & Print
Hulu Langat, whose name means the upper reaches of the Langat, lies in Selangor to the east of Kuala Lumpur, where the city's suburbs give way to forested hills. The Langat River begins in the Titiwangsa Range and flows down through this valley, and settlements line its banks and the roads that follow it. On the map, built-up areas thin out as the valley narrows and the slopes close in.
The wider Hulu Langat district includes busy towns such as Kajang, Cheras and Ampang, but the area around the old village keeps a more rural character. Kampung houses, orchards and small plantations sit between the river and the hills, and narrow roads wind upward into the forest. Waterfalls, streams and recreational areas along the valley draw visitors from the city at weekends.
A Hulu Langat map poster works well with a frame that includes both the river valley and the forested ridges, showing the gradual shift from suburban streets to highland slopes. It suits people who live in the area, those who come to spend a day by the river, and anyone with family ties to this corner of Selangor.

Forested ridges
Steep, wooded slopes rise on both sides of the valley, leaving large areas with few roads and giving the poster a calm, open frame around the settlements.
Kampung settlements
Traditional village houses and garden plots sit loosely along the lanes, forming irregular clusters that contrast with the dense housing estates closer to Kuala Lumpur.
