Klamath Falls Map Poster & Print
Klamath Falls lies in southern Oregon, at the point where Upper Klamath Lake narrows into the Link River and then opens again into Lake Ewauna. Seen from above, water shapes almost everything: a broad lake to the north, a slim channel running through the city, and a second, smaller lake to the south where the Klamath River begins its journey toward the Pacific.
The downtown grid sits on the east side of the Link River, set at an angle to the wider street network that fans out across the valley floor. Hills rise behind the city to the east, and rail yards and industrial land line the water to the south. A Klamath Falls map poster shows this layering clearly: tight blocks in the centre, broader residential streets beyond, and irrigated farmland stretching into the basin.
The city is known for using geothermal water, which heats some buildings and has been used to keep downtown sidewalks free of ice in winter. It is also home to the Oregon Institute of Technology and serves as a gateway to Crater Lake National Park, a little more than an hour's drive to the north.

Link River channel
A short river links Upper Klamath Lake to Lake Ewauna, drawing a narrow line of water between the downtown blocks and the western neighbourhoods.
Angled downtown grid
The historic centre follows its own orientation beside the river, tilted against the surrounding streets, which makes the core easy to pick out on the print.
