Old town lanes
The centre is a dense web of narrow lanes that twist and branch, producing the darkest, most detailed area of the poster and showing how the town grew over generations.

Lahār Map Poster & Print
Lahār lies in the Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh, in the low, open country of the Chambal region. From above, the town reads as a compact mass of narrow lanes with a few wider roads cutting through it. Around that core the map opens into long field boundaries and scattered village tracks, so the town itself stands out clearly against a pale, level background.
The layout is the kind that grows over time rather than being planned all at once. Lanes branch, meet at odd angles and double back, while the main roads toward neighbouring towns run straighter and give the drawing its direction. In a minimalist rendering, that tension between organic lanes and purposeful highways becomes the main subject.
A Lahār map poster is a modest, honest portrait of a working town on the northern Indian plains. It does not rely on famous monuments; its interest lies in the density of the old centre and the way it thins out into agricultural land. For anyone with roots in the district, that pattern is instantly recognisable.

Straight regional roads
Wider roads leave the town toward other settlements in Bhind district, their straight lines contrasting with the irregular lanes at the core.
Open plains
Beyond the built-up area the land is flat and largely agricultural, so the town sits on the sheet as a distinct island of detail in open space.

This is a map for people who know Lahār from the inside: those who left for study or work, or families marking where they come from. The poster turns an ordinary street plan into something personal and quietly striking.
Add a title in your own words, a subtitle and a coordinates line or a meaningful date, then choose from five styles: Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Noir makes the dense lanes glow against a dark ground.
