Ludwigsfelde Map Poster & Print
Ludwigsfelde lies in Brandenburg just beyond the southern edge of Berlin, in a landscape of pine forest, sandy soil and small lakes. It grew from a small village into a town, largely through industry in the twentieth century. The map shows a centre built around the railway line to Berlin, with homes and forest stretching away on either side.
Vehicle manufacturing defines the town. In GDR times the IFA works built the W50 truck here, and after reunification Mercedes-Benz took over the plant and now builds vans on the site. The Berliner Ring motorway, the A10, passes close by, and the large factory grounds and motorway interchanges form some of the biggest shapes on the map.
A Ludwigsfelde map poster balances these industrial forms with the softer lines of forest paths, lakeshores and residential streets. It is a meaningful print for people who worked at the plant, for commuters who crossed into Berlin every day, and for anyone who knows this quiet edge of the capital region.

Berliner Ring
The A10 motorway sweeps past the town in a long curve, and its interchanges add clean, looping shapes to the edge of the composition.
Forest and lakes
Pine woods and small lakes surround the built-up area, and their paths and shorelines soften the map with irregular, natural lines.
