Morges Map Poster & Print
Morges sits on the northern shore of Lake Geneva in the canton of Vaud, between Lausanne and Geneva. The map shows a clear structure: the lake along the southern edge, a compact old town with streets running parallel to the shore, and newer districts spreading inland. A harbour cuts into the waterfront, and the railway runs along the lake corridor.
The Château de Morges, a castle built in the thirteenth century and now home to military museums, stands near the water. In spring the lakeside Parc de l'Indépendance hosts a well-known tulip festival, and the promenade connects the park, harbour and old town along the shore.
A Morges map poster captures a town shaped by its lake. The clean edge of the shoreline, the rhythm of the old town's streets and the open water across the frame make an elegant and balanced composition. It suits anyone who knows the Lake Geneva shore or appreciates a well-proportioned small town.
