Picuí Map Poster & Print
Picuí lies in the interior of Paraíba, in the semi-arid Seridó region close to the border with Rio Grande do Norte. From above, the town is a compact grid of streets laid out on uneven ground, with a central area of denser blocks and newer neighbourhoods extending outward along the roads that lead to other towns in the sertão.
The surrounding landscape is dry for much of the year, covered in caatinga scrub and crossed by seasonal streams and small reservoirs. On the map, these reservoirs, known locally as açudes, appear as irregular pale shapes, while dirt roads and field boundaries form a faint web around the town. In places the terrain rises into rocky hills.
A Picuí map poster turns this quiet interior town into a precise composition: an orderly core, radiating roads and the scattered water bodies that matter so much in the semi-arid northeast. It suits a medium scale, where both the town grid and the surrounding countryside remain part of the picture.

Reservoirs
Small reservoirs dot the countryside, their irregular outlines adding soft, organic shapes to an otherwise sparse and dry landscape on the print.
Sertão roads
Roads leave town toward neighbouring municipalities and the Rio Grande do Norte border, drawing long, gently curving lines across the semi-arid plateau.
