The town grid
The centre is built on a regular grid of blocks. On the poster it reads as a tidy, compact pattern and forms a clear focal point against the open country around it.

Prudentópolis Map Poster & Print
Prudentópolis has a clear, orderly centre, a grid of blocks laid out on gently rolling ground in the interior of Paraná. Outside that core the density drops quickly. Rural roads spread across the countryside, following ridgelines and crossing streams. Much of the municipality is farmland and forest, so the town appears on a map as a small, dense cluster in open land.
The town is known for two things. Many of its residents descend from Ukrainian immigrants who settled here from the late nineteenth century, and Eastern-rite churches remain part of local life. The municipality is also known for its waterfalls, some of them very tall, which have made it a destination for people who enjoy walking and nature.
A Prudentópolis map poster shows the contrast between the neat town grid and the looser network of roads and waterways around it. In black and white the regular blocks and the irregular rural lines play off each other, and the town's place on the uplands becomes easy to read.

Waterfall country
The land around the town is cut by rivers and streams that drop over escarpments. The waterfalls themselves are not drawn, but the watercourses that feed them appear as fine lines.
Colonial roads
Rural roads branch out from town toward the old settlement areas and farms, often following the ridges. They give the outer edges of the map a loose, branching texture.

For families with Ukrainian roots in southern Brazil, Prudentópolis is often where the story begins. A map of the town works as a quiet reminder of that history, and it also makes a good souvenir for anyone who has spent time among the waterfalls and farmland around it.
