Saint-Constant Map Poster & Print
Saint-Constant lies on the South Shore of Montreal, in the Roussillon area, a short drive from the St. Lawrence. Its map shows a suburb that grew outward from an older village core, with curving streets, crescents and cul-de-sacs forming neighbourhoods separated by main roads and green strips.
A commuter rail line runs through the town toward Montreal, and highways on the edges link it to the wider region. Beyond the built-up area, flat agricultural land spreads out in long, narrow lots, a pattern inherited from the old seigneurial system of Quebec.
Saint-Constant is home to Exporail, the Canadian Railway Museum, which holds one of the largest collections of railway equipment in the country. A Saint-Constant map poster brings together suburban curves, rail line and farmland in one calm composition.

Commuter rail line
The line to Montreal crosses the town, a straight, strong axis that contrasts with the curving streets of the residential districts.
Long field lots
Around the suburb, agricultural land is divided into long, narrow strips, a legacy of Quebec's seigneurial land system that gives the edges of the poster a striped texture.
