Two lakes
Lake Acworth sits right next to downtown, and Lake Allatoona reaches in from the north. Their long, branching shorelines give the print its most distinctive shapes.

Acworth Map Poster & Print
Acworth is in Cobb County, northwest of Atlanta. It calls itself the Lake City, and from above the reason is clear. Lake Acworth sits right beside the downtown, and the much larger Lake Allatoona spreads beyond it. On the map, the long shorelines and fingers of water shape nearly every road around the edges of town.
The historic centre grew up along the railroad, once part of the Western & Atlantic line. Its short, regular blocks sit on both sides of the tracks. Farther out, the plan shifts to curving subdivision streets, lakeside parks and roads that follow the waterline. Interstate 75 runs past to the east as a straight line through all of it.
An Acworth map poster works because of that mix: a compact railroad grid, irregular lake outlines and the soft curves of newer neighbourhoods. It's a natural choice for people who live on one of the coves, spend summers on the water or remember the downtown before the suburbs grew around it.

Railroad downtown
The old commercial centre lines up with the railroad. The tracks cut diagonally through a small grid of blocks that sets it apart from the curving streets around it.
Lakeside roads
Streets and parks follow the water's edge and wrap around coves and peninsulas. On the map this adds soft, looping lines to the areas away from the centre.

Zakaj Acworth
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
The map is popular with families who moved here for the lakes, people who grew up near downtown and anyone marking a wedding or first home in town. The water gives the map shapes a street grid alone never would.
Put your cove, your street or a date in the title and subtitle, and keep the coordinates for the spot that matters. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint makes the lakes especially clear.
