White Nile frontage
The river runs along the eastern side of the town. Its wide expanse of water takes up a large part of the frame and gives the map its dominant shape.

Ad Douiem Map Poster & Print
Ad Douiem, often written Ed Dueim, lies in Sudan's White Nile state, on the western bank of the river between Khartoum and Kosti. The land here is almost perfectly flat. On a map the town is a low grid of streets and compounds pressed against the river, with fields and floodplain stretching north and south along the bank.
Across Sudan the town is known for Bakht er Ruda, a teacher-training institute founded in the 1930s that shaped primary education in the country for decades. It lies close to the town. Beyond that, the White Nile dominates the map, wide and gently curving, with the far bank a long way off across the water.
An Ad Douiem map poster contrasts a broad river with the fine texture of the streets beside it. The composition is simple and calm, which suits the place: a Nile town whose identity is tied to water, farming and the classrooms that trained generations of teachers.

Zakaj Ad Douiem
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
For Sudanese families, and for the many teachers who trained at Bakht er Ruda, Ad Douiem carries particular weight. A map of the town keeps that connection visible at home, in Sudan or abroad, in a form that is quiet and lasting rather than purely decorative.
You can change the title and subtitle, spell the name the way you prefer and set the coordinates line. Five styles are available, from Classic black & white to Sand. The digital files cover six print sizes, each as a 300 DPI PNG and a print-ready PDF.
