Athalassa park
The forest park forms a large open block on the map. Its paths and the outline of the reservoir are drawn as fine lines within a wide, uncluttered space.

Aglantziá Map Poster & Print
Aglantziá is a municipality on the southeastern side of Nicosia and part of the capital's continuous urban area. Its streets rise gently toward the east. Homes are laid out in a loose suburban pattern rather than the tight curves of the walled old city nearby. Main avenues run toward central Nicosia and link the district with the rest of the island.
Much of Aglantziá's character on the map comes from its open spaces. The Athalassa forest park, a large area of planted pines with a reservoir, fills the southern side. The main campus of the University of Cyprus is also here. To the north the municipality reaches the UN buffer zone that divides the island, and the street network simply stops at its edge.
An Aglantziá map poster balances dense suburban streets with broad empty areas of forest, campus and open ground. In black and white those spaces become calm fields of white, giving the print room to breathe. It suits the university's students and staff, families who have lived here for generations, and anyone whose Nicosia is this quieter eastern side.

University campus
The main campus of the University of Cyprus adds a distinct pattern of curving access roads and widely spaced buildings, clearly different from the regular residential streets around it.
Buffer zone edge
Along the north, streets end abruptly at the UN buffer zone. It is a quiet but telling line that records the island's division directly in the shape of the map.
