Aguelmous Map Poster & Print
Aguelmous is a town in Khenifra province, in the Middle Atlas region of central Morocco. It sits on high ground where forested ridges give way to open grazing land. On a map, the town is compact. A small cluster of streets forms the centre, and a few roads run out across the rolling country toward the surrounding villages and valleys.
This is traditionally Amazigh highland country, where herding and farming have long shaped daily life. Towns such as Aguelmous act as local centres for markets and services for a wide area around them. Their plans are simple and practical: a main street, a market area and residential lanes built close together against the weather.
An Aguelmous map poster shows a small town with a lot of space around it. The dense core stands out clearly, and the thin roads crossing the empty upland give the print an open, spare quality that suits the landscape.

Upland roads
A few roads lead away across the hills to nearby settlements. They make long, thin lines that give the composition its structure.
Open highland
The Middle Atlas land around the town is largely unbuilt. This leaves wide pale areas that make the settlement's shape stand out.
