Alexânia Map Poster & Print
Alexânia is in the state of Goiás, on the BR-060 highway that links Brasília with Anápolis and Goiânia. On a map the highway cuts a long, straight line past the town, and the urban area spreads beside it in a mostly regular grid of blocks. Around it the cerrado plateau opens out into farms and patches of native vegetation, with small streams marked by strips of woodland.
Its position between two major cities has shaped both the town's economy and its outline. Traffic between the federal capital and the heart of Goiás passes right by, and the land along the highway has drawn shops and services. These include a large outlet shopping centre that attracts visitors from Brasília.
Away from the road the pace is slower, with residential streets, squares and churches typical of a town in Brazil's interior. An Alexânia map poster shows that balance clearly: the fast, straight line of the highway, the calm grid beside it and the wide cerrado countryside stretching out in every direction.

Regular street grid
The urban area is laid out in a fairly regular pattern of blocks and squares, a clean geometric texture that reads well in every poster style.
Cerrado surroundings
Beyond the town, farms and native savanna fill the frame. Thin lines of streams and strips of woodland give shape to the open plateau.
