Highway corridor
The main road between Hyderabad and Bengaluru passes close by. It draws a long, confident line across the sheet, and the town's smaller streets branch off it.

Bādepalli Map Poster & Print
Bādepalli sits on the Deccan plateau in Telangana, next to Jadcherla, on the corridor that links Hyderabad with the south. From above it reads as a compact core of short, irregular lanes. Longer roads leave it in several directions, and the edges fade into cultivated plots. Rounded boulders and open, rocky ground break up the pattern here and there, which is typical of this part of the plateau.
The town is best known as a trading place for the surrounding farmland, and its market is a regular stop for growers in the district. On a map that role shows in the roads, which gather at the centre and then fan out toward the villages. Nothing is laid out on a strict grid. Blocks follow old field lines and the curve of the terrain.
A Bādepalli map poster shows this settlement in its simplest form: black lines for the streets, white space for the fields and rock between them. It suits anyone with family roots in the Mahabubnagar region, or anyone who knows the drive south from Hyderabad well enough to recognise the town from its road pattern alone.

Market core
The dense centre, where the town's trade is concentrated, shows up as the darkest patch on the poster, with lanes running tightly side by side.
Plateau edges
Toward the outskirts the streets thin out into farm tracks and open ground, so you can see how the town meets the dry Deccan landscape around it.

Zakaj Bādepalli
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
People hang a Bādepalli map because it is home, or was home for many years, and a plain street plan says that more quietly than a photograph can. The drawing is spare enough to sit well in a modern room and still be clearly recognisable to anyone from the town.
You can add your own title, a subtitle such as a family name or a year, and the coordinates line. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then download the HD files for $9 or order a matte print, with or without a wooden frame.
