Koonung Creek corridor
The freeway and creek reserve form a long, gently curving band along the north. It is a firm border and the most striking line on the poster.

Balwyn North Map Poster & Print
Balwyn North is a residential suburb in Melbourne's east, in the City of Boroondara, about twelve kilometres from the CBD. From above it is almost entirely houses and gardens. Its streets are a mix of older straight roads and later curving crescents and courts, laid out as the suburb filled in during the postwar decades.
The northern edge is the clearest line on the map. The Eastern Freeway runs along the Koonung Creek corridor, a long green strip with a shared trail that separates Balwyn North from Doncaster. Inside the suburb, a few main roads cut straight through the curving streets, and parks and school grounds make regular breaks in the housing.
A Balwyn North map poster suits a place people choose deliberately. Families move here for schools such as Balwyn High School and stay for the quiet streets. On paper, that shows up as an even, detailed texture of suburban blocks that looks especially good at larger print sizes.

Crescents and courts
Postwar street planning produced loops, cul-de-sacs and curved crescents, which give the map a softer, more organic look than Melbourne's inner grid.
Parks and school grounds
Sports ovals, reserves and school grounds appear as clear open shapes spread through the housing, helping you find your own street at a glance.

Zakaj Balwyn North
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
A map of the suburb where a family grew up, or where someone bought a first home, is personal in a way a skyline print is not. It shows the actual walk to school and the streets around home.
Add a surname, a move-in date or the coordinates of the house, and pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The digital files are $9. A printed poster on matte paper, framed or unframed, is another option.
