Irregular block pattern
Blocks here vary in size and orientation, with diagonals and curved streets, so the map looks noticeably freer than the regular grid of central Buenos Aires.

Bella Vista Map Poster & Print
Bella Vista lies in the San Miguel district, in the north-western part of Greater Buenos Aires. Unlike the strict square grid of the capital, its streets form a looser, more varied pattern. There are blocks of different sizes and diagonal roads, and large properties with gardens and trees give much of the area a green, open character.
The town grew from summer houses and country retreats of families from the city, and some of that spaciousness is still visible from above. A railway line and main avenues cross the area, carrying commuters toward the capital. Around them the residential streets spread out, mixing older houses, newer developments and patches of greenery.
To the north the land slopes gently toward the valley of the Reconquista River, and the large open expanse of the Campo de Mayo military grounds lies close by. A Bella Vista map poster shows a suburb shaped by gardens and railway commuting, quieter and greener than the dense districts closer to the centre of Buenos Aires.

Railway commuter line
A railway line runs through the area toward the capital, forming a strong straight axis that the neighbourhoods and commercial streets organise themselves around.
Reconquista valley
Toward the north the land descends to the Reconquista River valley, where streets thin out and the map opens into wider green and low-lying ground.

Zakaj Bella Vista
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Bella Vista is often where Buenos Aires families find space, trees and a garden. A map of its streets suits a new family home, a gift for parents, or someone living abroad who misses the quiet streets of the conurbano.
Add a personal title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps a street name, a date or a phrase in Spanish. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Paper and Sand bring out the softer, garden-suburb feel of the area.
