Beohāri Map Poster & Print
Beohāri is a town in Shahdol district in the east of Madhya Pradesh, a region of low hills, forest and farmland. The town serves as a tehsil headquarters and a trading centre for the surrounding villages, and on the map its streets draw together into a compact centre before thinning out along the roads that lead away from it.
This part of Madhya Pradesh is less densely populated than the Gangetic plain to the north, and the landscape around the town shows it: open fields, patches of woodland and scattered villages linked by rural roads. The town's plan is informal, shaped by growth over time rather than by a single design.
A Beohāri map poster is an understated portrait of a central Indian market town. The concentrated core, the roads reaching outward and the spacious country around them give the image a clear structure. It is a map that rewards people who know the town, who can pick out familiar corners at a glance.
