Village core
The lanes of the old settlement cluster tightly around the central area. It is the densest part of the map and draws attention at once.

Bhauri Map Poster & Print
Bhauri is a small place in southern Rajasthan, in the part of the state where the Thar's dry plains give way to the first rises of the Aravalli range. Its map is modest. A few roads meet, a settlement core forms around them, and farm tracks lead outward into the surrounding fields.
The street pattern is informal and compact. Lanes curve around houses and plots rather than following a plan. Near the centre they gather tightly, and toward the edges they thin out into paths across agricultural land. Seasonal watercourses and small reservoirs, common across this region, can appear as soft shapes among the fields.
A Bhauri map poster is less a picture of landmarks than of a way of living on the land. Dense lanes give way to open ground, and a few roads run off toward larger towns. The print is spare and honest. It suits people with personal ties to the village who want a quiet, exact record of where they come from.

Connecting roads
A few roads leave the village toward neighbouring towns and the wider district. On the map they are long, clear lines running across open country.
Field tracks
Thin paths divide the farmland around the village into irregular plots. They give the outer parts of the poster a fine, light texture.
