Aravalli foothills
Low ridges of the Aravalli range surround the town. They shape the course of every road leaving it and give the map its uneven, organic character.

Bhiloda Map Poster & Print
Bhiloda is a town in the Aravalli district of northern Gujarat, close to the state's border with Rajasthan. The surrounding country marks the southern end of the Aravalli hills, an old and worn range whose low ridges and wooded slopes define much of this part of the state. The area has a substantial tribal population, and Bhiloda serves as a market and administrative centre for villages spread across the hills.
On a map the town is a compact core of streets around its market area. From there roads lead out into the hill country. The pattern loosens quickly into lanes and field boundaries, and seasonal streams trace thin lines through the valleys. The relief is gentle but constant, so few roads run in straight lines for long.
A Bhiloda map poster shows a small town set in a rolling landscape, where the hills and the streams matter as much as the streets. The black-and-white drawing makes the pattern of routes and watercourses easy to follow. The town's dense centre gives the eye a clear point to start from.

Market centre
The busiest streets gather around the town's market area. It is the densest part of the drawing and the hub for the surrounding villages.
Seasonal streams
Streams run through the valleys around Bhiloda, filling during the monsoon. On the poster they appear as fine lines threading between the hills.
