Branching road network
Roads radiate from the centre along the natural contours of the land, producing a branching, tree-like pattern that is especially distinctive in monochrome.

Bibiani Map Poster & Print
Bibiani is a town in Ghana's Western North Region and the administrative centre of its district. It has long been associated with gold mining, and the mine has shaped both its economy and parts of its landscape. On the map, the town appears as a network of roads and neighbourhoods set within rolling, heavily vegetated country, with mining areas forming their own distinct shapes nearby.
The street pattern is informal rather than gridded, following ridges, valleys and the lines of older footpaths. Main roads lead out toward neighbouring towns and farming communities, and between them the built-up area thins gradually into cocoa farms and forest. Rendered in fine black lines, this gives the town an organic, branching outline, a little like a river system seen from above.
A Bibiani map poster suits anyone with ties to the town, whether through family, school or years of work at the mine. Stripped of colour, the map focuses on the essentials: the roads people travel every day, the clusters of homes, and the open land that surrounds them. It is a quiet, respectful portrait of a working town.

Mining landscape
Gold mining has defined Bibiani for generations, and the areas around the mine stand out on the map as distinct, open shapes beside the residential streets.
Green surroundings
Beyond the town, farmland and forest take over, with scattered tracks and small settlements forming a softer, lighter texture around the denser centre.
