Bucheon-si Map Poster & Print
Bucheon-si sits between Seoul to the east and Incheon to the west, and on the map its boundaries are hard to see because the built-up area runs continuously into both. The city is compact and densely populated, with rail lines and expressways crossing it on their way between the two larger cities.
The Jung-dong and Sang-dong areas were developed as planned new towns, and their large apartment complexes form regular blocks with wide boulevards. Older neighbourhoods near the railway have narrower and more irregular streets. Bucheon is known for its cultural life, especially the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival and its focus on comics and animation.
A Bucheon-si map poster shows how much city fits into a small area. In black and white, the planned districts and older streets fill the frame closely, with a few green hills and parks breaking the pattern.

Green breaks
