Camabatela is a town in the province of Cuanza Norte in northern Angola, set on higher ground inland from the capital region. On a map, it is a compact settlement, with a central area of streets and a few main roads running out toward the surrounding countryside and neighbouring municipalities.
Much of what surrounds it is rural. Tracks and minor roads cross the land in long, uneven lines, and small villages appear as scattered points along them. Watercourses cut through the terrain and leave narrow, winding marks, which on the poster separate one area of farmland from the next.
