Planned blocks
Housing developments show up as tidy rectangles of repeated streets. They stand out geometrically against the looser neighbourhoods around them.

Camama Map Poster & Print
Camama is a district of Luanda, in the part of the Angolan capital that has grown rapidly to the south of the old city. The historic centre lies around the bay. This area is newer, and it spread over the higher ground inland as the metropolitan population rose in recent decades.
On the map Camama is a patchwork. Planned housing developments with regular blocks sit beside informal neighbourhoods, where the streets follow paths and plot lines rather than a single plan. Wide main roads cross the district and connect it to the other southern areas of Luanda and to the centre of the capital.
There is no single famous landmark to anchor the picture. The interest lies in the pattern itself: a place still taking shape, where order and improvisation meet on the same sheet. A Camama map poster shows a very recent chapter in the growth of one of Africa's largest cities.

Organic neighbourhoods
In other parts of the district, streets follow older paths and plot boundaries. The result is an irregular, finely branched texture on the map.
Main road links
Wide roads connect Camama with the rest of southern Luanda and the city centre. They form the strongest lines on the print.

Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
For anyone who has lived in Camama, the map records a neighbourhood that has changed fast: new roads, new blocks, a new home. It is a way to hold on to how the place looked at a particular moment.
Give the print your own title and subtitle, perhaps a street name or the year you moved in, and adjust the coordinates line. Then choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
