Casa Branca Map Poster & Print
Casa Branca is a municipality in inland São Paulo state, in a region of rolling hills and broad farmland. Its name means white house in Portuguese. From above, the town has the orderly shape common to many towns in the region: a central grid of nearly square blocks surrounded by open countryside.
Like many towns in this part of the state, Casa Branca grew up around agriculture, and the land around it is still mostly farmland. On the map, regional roads cross the town as longer lines. Country tracks divide the surrounding land into large fields that stretch out on every side.
Streams and small valleys interrupt the grid at the edges, where streets bend to follow the ground. A Casa Branca map poster shows the town as a neat, dense block of streets within a much larger open landscape. That is the typical pattern of the farming country in inland São Paulo, drawn here in clean, even lines.

Rural road network
Country roads fan out across the surrounding farmland. They divide it into large plots and link the town to neighbouring municipalities in the region.
Stream valleys
Small streams cut through the outskirts. Where they do, the grid bends and breaks, which gives the edges of town a softer outline on the map.
