Chetouane Map Poster & Print
Chetouane sits right beside Tlemcen in north-western Algeria, on the high ground north of the mountains that shelter the old city. It has grown quickly as Tlemcen has expanded, and today it hosts a large part of the region's university and residential growth, while still keeping links to the farmland that surrounds it.
The map reflects that growth. Near the older parts, the streets are closer together and less regular; further out, newer districts are laid out in broader, more planned blocks, with wide roads connecting them to Tlemcen. Between and around the built-up areas, the map opens into fields and orchards on the rolling plateau.
A Chetouane map poster shows a town in the middle of change, with older and newer patterns sitting next to each other. The placement of the town, facing Tlemcen across a short distance, is also clear on the sheet. For students, families and anyone from the Tlemcen area, it is a map of familiar ground.

Newer planned districts
On the outer edges, larger regular blocks and broad roads mark recent expansion, a cleaner geometry than the older streets near the centre.
Plateau farmland
Fields and orchards surround the town on the rolling high ground, leaving open space around the streets and softening the edges of the map.

Zakaj Chetouane
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Chetouane is where many people from the region studied, settled or raised families, and a map of it keeps that chapter close. It is also a thoughtful gift for someone who has moved away from western Algeria.
Add a title in French, Arabic or English, a subtitle and your coordinates line. Choose from Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand; Sand and Paper work especially well with the plateau setting.
