Coaraci Map Poster & Print
Coaraci is a municipality in southern Bahia, inland from the coast in the region historically known for cocoa cultivation. The landscape is hilly and green, and farms and forested slopes surround the town on all sides.
On a map, Coaraci's streets occupy lower ground between hills, with the main streets running through the valley and smaller ones climbing short distances up the slopes. The built area has an irregular outline, following the terrain instead of any formal plan, and roads leave town toward neighbouring municipalities of the region.
A Coaraci map poster shows the character of an interior Bahian town at street scale. The dense core, the roads that wind out into the hills and the open countryside around them create a composition with a natural, unforced rhythm in black and white.
