Colón Map Poster & Print
Colón, also known as San Juan de Colón, lies in the state of Táchira in western Venezuela, on the lower slopes of the Andes. From above, the town fills a stretch of uneven land, with a central grid around the main square and streets that bend where the ground rises or drops toward nearby streams.
The town serves as the centre of Ayacucho municipality and a local hub for the surrounding farming region. Like many Andean towns, it has a traditional core organised around a plaza and church, with newer neighbourhoods spreading along the roads leading out toward San Cristóbal and other nearby towns.
A Colón map poster captures that blend of order and terrain. The central grid gives the composition a firm core, while the edges become looser as they meet the hills. Roads twist through the valleys around town, and the result is a detailed yet calm map of a place set in mountain country.
