Close-knit centre
The core of town forms a small, dense cluster of blocks. Its lines sit close together in the middle of the print, so the eye settles on it at once.

Coração de Maria Map Poster & Print
Coração de Maria lies in the interior of Bahia, a short distance east of Feira de Santana. On a map the town is a small, close-knit centre. Its streets bend with the gently rolling ground rather than following a strict grid, and the built-up area ends quickly, giving way to the pale open space of the surrounding countryside.
The name translates as Heart of Mary, and the town's scale suits it. There is no ring road or dense suburb here, only a main axis of streets with smaller lanes branching off it, a few open squares and the thin lines of rural roads leading to farms and neighbouring settlements. In black and white, that simple structure is easy to read.
A Coração de Maria map poster keeps that modesty intact. The line work puts the town's core in the middle of the sheet and leaves plenty of quiet paper around it, so the outlying roads look like threads pulled out from a centre. It is a portrait of a place measured in walking distance, not in motorway junctions.

Roads into farmland
Country roads leave the edge of town in several directions. They thin into long single lines crossing open ground, and they show how the town connects to the wider Bahian interior.
Rolling terrain
Streets curve and step to follow the lie of the land. The plan has a softer, more organic outline than a surveyed grid would give it.

Zakaj Coração de Maria
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
This is a map for people who grew up here, moved away, or still have family in the town. It is a quiet reminder of home that doesn't need a landmark to feel personal. A small place fills the frame well, and every street stays visible.
You can add the town's name, a family name or a meaningful date to the title and subtitle, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Buy the $9 HD files, or order a matte print with an optional wooden frame.
