Cortland Map Poster & Print
Cortland is the seat of Cortland County in central New York, between Syracuse and Binghamton. It is often called the Crown City, a name tied to its high position among the surrounding hills. On a map the city fills a broad valley where branches of the Tioughnioga River meet, with ridges rising on either side.
The downtown is a regular grid centred on Main Street, and residential streets continue that pattern outward until the slopes interrupt it. SUNY Cortland occupies higher ground on the city's edge, and its campus paths and athletic fields form a looser area of curves and open space. Interstate 81 runs along the eastern side of the valley.
A Cortland map poster brings these layers into one frame. The river channels wind through the flat valley floor, the street grid sits on top of them, and the campus and the hills soften the edges of the picture. The result feels like a small American city at a comfortable scale, where the whole town can be read at once.

Zakaj Cortland
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Cortland is where many people went to college, started a first job or raised a family, so the map often marks a particular chapter of someone's life. Graduates tend to hang it in a new home far from central New York.
The title, subtitle and coordinates can be changed, which makes it easy to add a graduation year or a street address. Five styles are available: Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Choose a $9 HD download or a matte print, with or without a wooden frame.
