Dallas Map Poster & Print
Dallas is the county seat of Polk County, Oregon, west of Salem on the western edge of the Willamette Valley. The town sits where the valley floor begins to rise into the foothills of the Coast Range. On the map, a regular grid of streets on the flatter ground gives way to curving roads on the slopes to the west.
Rickreall Creek flows through Dallas from the hills and gives the town a winding green corridor through its centre. The historic downtown is arranged around the Polk County Courthouse and its square, a traditional pattern for a small American county seat. Beyond the edge of town, farms, orchards and timberland fill the valley and the hills.
A Dallas map poster captures a clear small-town layout: a courthouse square, a straight grid, a creek running through and hills rising behind. It is quite different from its larger Texas namesake, so people from Polk County may find it especially fitting. It suits families with long roots here and anyone who has settled in the quieter western side of the valley.

Rickreall Creek
The creek winds through Dallas from the western hills. Its curving line and the parkland along it soften the regular street grid.
Coast Range foothills
To the west the ground rises and the streets begin to curve with the terrain. The poster shows the town at the meeting point of valley and hills.
