Compact centre
A tight arrangement of streets and blocks forms the core of the town. It is small enough to fit almost entirely at the heart of the print.

Feira Grande Map Poster & Print
Feira Grande lies in the agreste of Alagoas, the zone between the humid coast and the dry sertão of northeastern Brazil. The name means large fair, and it points to the role of weekly markets in towns of this region, where farmers bring produce and livestock in from the countryside. The town itself is compact, its streets gathered around a small centre.
From above, the urban area forms a modest grid that turns slightly irregular where it follows the terrain. Past the last blocks, the landscape opens into fields, pastures and dirt roads leading to rural communities. A Feira Grande map poster shows the clear contrast between a dense core and a wide, lightly marked countryside, a pattern shared by many small towns in the interior of the Northeast.
Agriculture shapes daily life in the municipality. The rhythm of the land, with its dry seasons and planting cycles, shows in the scattered farms and tracks around town. The map needs no famous monuments. Its appeal lies in the compact, legible form of a place that serves as a local centre for the people around it.
