Indented coastline
Bays, estuaries and small peninsulas break up the eastern edge of the map. That makes the shoreline the most intricate line on the sheet.

Fuding Map Poster & Print
Fuding sits at the northeastern tip of Fujian, close to the border with Zhejiang. On a map it has two sides. Inland, the hills fold into narrow valleys where the city and its roads have settled. Toward the east, the coastline breaks into bays, headlands and offshore islands along the East China Sea. The urban centre occupies a valley near the water, and newer districts spread along the lowlands.
Fuding is best known for white tea. The city is one of the traditional homes of Fuding white tea, including the delicate Silver Needle, grown on the surrounding slopes. Just outside the city, Taimu Mountain rises in granite peaks and is one of the region's best-known scenic areas.
A Fuding map poster places a compact city within a much larger and more irregular landscape. Coastal inlets and hill contours shape where the streets can go, so the built-up area stretches in fingers along the lowland roads. The coastline gives the composition a richly detailed edge, and it looks striking in the larger print sizes.

Tea-growing hills
Terraced hills around the city produce Fuding's white tea. On the map they appear as open, road-light ground that frames the denser urban valley.
Taimu Mountain
The granite massif near the coast is a well-known landmark of the area. Its rough terrain leaves a clear, empty zone beside the city streets.

Zakaj Fuding
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
This map suits tea lovers as much as people from Fuding. It marks the source of a particular cup, and it looks at home in a kitchen, a tea room or a study. For families from the area, it quietly records the coastline they grew up beside.
Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line. A subtitle naming a favourite tea, or the year of a visit, makes it feel like a personal keepsake.
