The round bay
Gelendzhik Bay is almost enclosed by two capes, leaving a narrow opening to the sea. In black and white it becomes a clean, rounded shape that anchors the whole poster.

Gelendzhik Map Poster & Print
From above, Gelendzhik is defined by its bay. Two capes almost meet at the entrance and leave a narrow gap to the open Black Sea, so the water inside reads as a rounded, sheltered basin. The town wraps around its northern and eastern shores, and the streets run down to the waterline and stop at a long seaside promenade.
Behind the town the land rises quickly into the wooded slopes of the Markotkh ridge, part of the western edge of the Caucasus. On a map this shows as a clear boundary: dense blocks near the water, then roads thinning out as they climb into the hills and wind toward the valleys and villages beyond.
Gelendzhik is one of the best-known resorts on Russia's Black Sea coast, and its summer life is built around the bay and the beaches. A Gelendzhik map poster keeps the essentials of that setting: the almost perfect curve of the shoreline, the grid of resort streets behind it, and the sea that holds the whole composition together.

Seafront embankment
A long promenade follows the inner curve of the bay, and the town's streets run down to meet it. The line of the embankment traces the shoreline in a single sweep.
Caucasus foothills
Wooded ridges rise directly behind the town. Roads thin out and begin to wind as they climb, giving the upper part of the map a looser, more organic texture.

Zakaj Gelendzhik
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
For many people Gelendzhik means summer: holidays by the bay, walks along the embankment, evenings looking across the water toward the capes. A map of the town keeps that geography on the wall, calm and graphic, without relying on a photograph that captures only one moment.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with the year of a first holiday or a family name, and choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. It comes as a $9 HD download or as a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
